Traffic is a problem everywhere, and Orange County is no exception. As commissioner, I will work closely with NCDOT to find practical ways to optimize traffic flow and reduce congestion. That includes looking at tools like roundabouts, smarter signal timing, targeted widening, and other proven traffic-management strategies—whatever fits the road, the data, and the community. I’ll also partner with the appropriate agencies to expand and improve public transit where it truly makes sense, giving residents more options to get where they need to go.
